At Oliver & Sophia London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully below.

Return Conditions

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically received.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or additional charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Items may be tried on, but must not be worn.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@oliversophia.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. You will receive the return address from our supplier.

  3. The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved in accordance with our return conditions, a refund will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing the correct shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
