Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of Oliver & Sophia London, helping our customers find their perfect outfits and providing a personalised shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide expert advice on style and fashion.

  • Assist with sizing, fit, and outfit choices to ensure every customer leaves happy.

  • Maintain a beautiful and organised store environment, keeping displays attractive and inviting.

  • Support day-to-day store operations, including restocking and managing the cash register.

  • Answer customer questions and provide excellent service in-store and over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.

  • Passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.

  • Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
